My package is missing what do I do?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to file a claim.
I receive my package my items are damaged?
Please use the contact page immediately. As long as you have proof of damage item we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
I put the wrong address or size on my order, what do I do?
You have 24 hours to fix your address or size on your package. email us at email@example.com with your order number has the subject and the address you would like to change it to. If it is after 24 hours you will have to pay the address change fee
