Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to file a claim.
Please use the contact page immediately. As long as you have proof of damage item we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
You have 24 hours to fix your address or size on your package. email us at jazimanemaryland@yahoo.com with your order number as the subject and the address you would like to change it to. If it is after 24 hours you will have to pay the address change fee.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS priority and first class.

Processing time is 2-3 business days excluding holidays.

You will receive a tracking number to keep eyes on your package along the way! Please ensure to enter your address including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers correctly.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the sanitary of our product!! We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, PLEASE let us know by using the contact form so that we may best resolve the issue.
