Cruelty-free means that the product was developed without any tests on animals, while vegan means that the product does not include any animal-derived ingredients. Our products are made with essentials oils and an FDA-approved cosmetics base. We are proud to offer vegan and cruelty-free products.
While our products are safe to use, we recognize certain scents or oils may be irritants. Please DO NOT use if you have any allergies or sensitive skin. While we love what we do, we value safety.
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to file a claim.
When you receive your shipping notification, you may see this notice appear. Tracking numbers are auto-generated, but this does not mean it has been taken to USPS. This status simply means we are packaging your goodies and USPS is the next stop.
You have 24 hours to fix your address or size on your package. Email us at INFO@THEEJAZZYWAY.COM with your ORDER NUMBER as the SUBJECT and the address you would like to change it to. If it is after 24 hours and the label has not been CREATED you will have to pay the address change fee. $5
Please use the contact page immediately. As long as you have proof of damage item we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
After a purchase has been made, we CANNOT issue refunds or apply discounts. Discounts must be made at the time of purchase. However, if the SHIPPING LABEL has not be created you can email the exact product & you may add to your order without paying an additional shipping fee & we will tell you how you can pay the remainder of the balance (invoice or via Cash App/Zelle).
As a BEAUTY BUSINESS, our customer needs change based on current trends. While most inventory items restock within a few weeks, we cannot guarantee specific time frames. Items may be discontinued for a period of time and return for the bi-annual sales. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on all of our collections!

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS priority and first class.

All orders have a 5-7 day processing window. Once USPS is in possession of the item, shipping can be tracked via your tracking number. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your order. Please note that due to COVID-19, major sales, or the holidays you may experience shipping delays.

Please ensure to enter your address including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers correctly. We ask that you are patient. In the event an order is lost, please contact USPS to confirm the status of your order. We are not responsible for lost packages by USPS. Please make sure your billing and shipping address match at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
