ORDERING

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information including names, dates, colors, themes, photos, and shipping information.

THEEJAZZYWAY is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required before production begins.

Orders of $220 or more may qualify for a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Because custom items are personalized:

• All custom sales are final.
• No refunds.
• No exchanges.
• No cancellations once production begins.
• Customers must approve all mockups before production.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

For sanitary reasons, all beauty product sales are final.

Please review ingredients before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.

SHIPPING

Processing times vary by product.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

THEEJAZZYWAY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS
